Dr. Dawn Belvis
Dawn Belvis graduated from Wheaton College in 1990 with a B.A. in Business. She practiced accounting for several years and was a licensed CPA. Dawn attended Rush Medical College and graduated in 2001. She did her residency in anesthesiology also at Rush University Medical Center. After residency, she pursued a Pediatric Fellowship at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago. Dawn practiced pediatric anesthesiology at Lurie Children's Hospital for 10 years. She is also boarded in Pain Medicine by the American Board of Pain Medicine. While at Lurie Children's, she practiced acute and chronic pain medicine and was the Director of Chronic Pain. Dawn currently practices adult and pediatric anesthesiology at Advocate Aurora's Lutheran General Hospital.
Kevin Gillespie CRNA
Kevin graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2000 from the University of Louisville. After graduation, he worked as an ICU nurse until 2008 when he returned to school to get his Masters in Science and become a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist. He has been working as an anesthesia provider since graduating from Rosalind Franklin University in 2010.
Cristina RN, BSN
Cristina graduated from Angeles University Foundation in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. After working in critical care for several years, Cristina moved from the Philippines to the United States. She continued working critical care in a hospital setting for over 10 years before bringing her expertise to Revitalize IV Solutions and Med Spa. She currently functions as our Director of Operations in addition to providing exceptional nursing care to our patients.
Claire M. RN, MSN
Claire graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2017. After graduating, Claire became a Personal Trainer at various gyms in the Chicagoland area. In 2021, she earned her Masters in Nursing at DePaul University. After graduating Claire completed her certification as a Botox injector. In addition to being a certified injector Claire is also certified by inmode on Morpheus, Lumecca and DiolaseXL .
Katherine RN, BSN
Katherine graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from North Park University in 2006. After graduation she started her nursing career by being part of the telemetry unit. Since 2008 she has been working in the endoscopy unit, and was trained as one of the interventional procedural nurses. She has also worked in the med spa industry since 2018, and has been trained by master nurse injectors in dermal fillers, neuromodulators, PRP, and other cosmetic procedures. In 2019 she was also certified in SVF stem cell therapy in California.
