Kevin Gillespie - CRNA, RN, MSc, BSN

 

Kevin graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2000 from the University of Louisville. After graduation, he worked as an ICU nurse until 2008 when he returned to school to get his Masters in Science and become a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist. He has been working as an anesthesia provider since graduating from Rosalind Franklin University in 2010.

Dawn Belvis - MD

 

Dawn Belvis graduated from Wheaton College in 1990 with a B.A. in Business.  She practiced accounting for several years and was a licensed CPA.  Dawn attended Rush Medical College and graduated in 2001.  She did her residency in Anesthesiology also at Rush University Medical Center.  After residency, she pursued a Pediatric Fellowship at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago.  Dawn practiced pediatric anesthesiology at Lurie Children's Hospital for 10 years.  She is also boarded in Pain Medicine by the American Board of Pain Medicine.  While at Lurie Children's, she practiced acute and chronic pain medicine and was the Director of Chronic Pain.  Dawn currently practices adult and pediatric anesthesiology at Advocate Aurora's Lutheran General Hospital.

Ayten Welch - CRNA

 

Ayten Welch specializes in certified registered nurse anesthetist (CRNA) in Springfield, IL and has over 29 years of experience in the field of medicine. She graduated with honors in 1991. Ayten is affiliated with numerous hospitals in Illinois and more, including Advocate Lutheran General Hospital.

Erin J. Schuyler -  PsyD, MS

 

Dr. Schuyler received her doctorate in clinical psychology with an emphasis in military psychology from Adler University - Chicago, IL and her master’s degree from Lee University - Cleveland, TN in mental health counseling. She is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist working for the Columbia VA Health Care System for the last five years.  Dr. Schuyler facilitates individual, group, couples/family therapy in both inpatient and general outpatient settings.
